With over 20+ years of back-office leadership experience, I lead Goenner Consulting, LLC providing expert back-office business solutions (human resources, accounting, marketing, administration) to small business owners so they can focus on the core activities of their business. We offer membership packages for small businesses less than 10 employees and will provide rates for small businesses greater than 10 employees.
ENTREPRENEUR EXPERIENCE
In 2015, Mama Gracie's Pregnancy Shop & Spa was launched which was a vision of a one-of-a-kind pregnancy shop & spa and was sold to a local entrepreneur, moved to another city and renamed.
In 2019, Goenner Consulting, LLC had its first client providing small business start up support.
In 2022, our campaign was to work on TO DO lists for business owners and leaders. We saw first-hand the impact of the workforce challenges and also the gap of resources to help small business owners with projects that are stuck on the bottom of their TO DO list. Many tasks we worked on were catalysts for growth and innovation.
In 2023, our campaign is the Year of the Employee. We are working with employers to focus on their competitive solutions around performance, benefits and training.
In 2023, I chose Colonial Life, voluntary health benefits as an independent agent. Colonial Life offers affordable products with technology for streamlining benefit enrollment from small to large businesses.
